KeepKey, a simple and secure hardware wallet, has developed native ERC-20 token support. Users can now send, receive and exchange between 30 ERC-20 tokens on any KeepKey. Now, with its native ERC-20 support, users can create and view raw transactions directly on device without connecting to a third party. Usually, hardware wallets must be connected to a PC to view these details.
ERC-20 is a technical standard used by Ethereum for smart contracts that work on the Ethereum blockchain for implementing tokens. ERC stands for Ethereum Request for Comment. Most of the tokens issued on the Ethereum blockchain comply with ERC-20.
KeepKey was founded in 2014. It allows users to hold Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dash and Dogecoin. KeepKey will expect to include many of the other popular tokens whose market cap is close to the summit following its addition of ERC-20 tokens.
Ken Hodler, KeepKey’s CTO, said:
“KeepKey’s large screen was designed to display transaction details in a clear and legible manner. We utilized our screen size for users to see every aspect of their ERC-20 token transactions prior to signing, allowing users to transfer their tokens without having to trust anyone else.”
The KeepKey production client on the Chrome app store will allow access to ERC-20 tokens for KeepKey’s users, their site notes.

“Please, add more coins! And update the Chrome extension!”
